WebYou're not even supposed to shower once daily. Well, depending on the person at least. You should really be showering every 2 to 3 days or even once to twice a week. Maybe if you work a hard sweaty ass job you should shower daily but you should still try to stretch it to every 2 days. And you should only wash your hair the same way. Every few days.
