When I made the cancellation request online with them , they simply sent an automated message asking me to contact airlines directly. Airlines have refused to cancel a completely unutilised ticket and reverted me back to booking agent (Tripsta). WebSmartly changed the name on google aswell. Google "Tripsta Greece" (where they are located) and watch the storm of 1* reviews. Tripsta hides behind "the flight company doesnt allow it" but that's, needless to say not true. I checked the same flight at 5 different booking agencies and all have luggage bookable. Its Tripsta's business model.
